Is there a first-time cleaning fee?

Yes, we have a one-time first cleaning fee. This covers the extra time and care needed to get your home up to our recurring cleaning standard. However, if you sign up for weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, we’ll waive this fee.

Do I need to tip the cleaners?

We know tipping can feel overwhelming these days. Tips are completely optional and never expected. If you’re happy with our service, a tip is always appreciated—but your satisfaction is what matters most!
